Let Me Paint You Higher: Space has the race

Four and a half years ago, 21 Nov 2006:

We're looking at the tags as they climb higher up that wall. Much higher, actually. How DO they do it?

The tags are now over the top of the highest beams, the ones fixed to the stanchion. Notice the elaborate green work to the left. And the graffiti at the base has been completely replaced.

  1. I take it you're aware of the short film Big Bang Big Boom? Its take on evolution and graffiti isn't quite the same as what you've said about signalling and the competitive occupation of space, but reading your posts on the subject has revealed some thematic synergies I'd previously missed.
